The depth of the windshield is long. White lines pass by like years to Dick Clark's face. Thumper looks as though he's seen that view before. Somewhere in the distance a dog barks; twice!!!
As he gazed upon the setting sun with the 1000 mile stare through the window, he thought to himself, "maybe I shouldn't have had that extra carrot back in Albuquerque.”
I am assuming that you have made it to the end of the road and not had time to tell those of us that have been following along. Sure would love to know for sure.
